Becoming Glorified

      The number three is an important number in the Bible, it is mentioned 485 times. We know that God is revealed as the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. Jesus was resurrected after three days and there are many other times that the number three is mentioned. Three means completeness.

      The Lord has been showing me that there are three basic stages in a Christian’s life. These stages may overlap but they are all bringing us to one goal and that is to die to ourselves that the life of Christ may be manifested in us. (Galatians 2:20 NKJV)  "I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.

Fall in Love with the God Jesus Knows

What you think about God will determine the kind of relationship you have with Him.  If you think of God as harsh and demanding, you'll probably be afraid of God and keep your distance from Him.  If you think of God as just an impersonal force in the universe, you'll likely have nothing but a vague relationship with Him.  But if you think about God the way Jesus does, you'll get an accurate perspective that will lead you to fall in love with Him.

Here's how you can fall in love with the God Jesus knows:

Seek true change in your life.  God has great purposes for your life and wants to help you grow as a person.  Invite God to lead you toward the best life possible and transform you into the person He wants you to become.  Understand that real change comes only by changing the way you think, since your thoughts lead to your actions.  So commit to examining the stories you have in your mind about God and evaluating whether they're true or false.

Replace wrong thoughts about God with thoughts that line up with biblical truth, as the Holy Spirit leads you.  Once you begin to think about God correctly and clearly, you'll gain the confidence you need to trust Him more as He transforms you.  Be sure to get enough sleep on a regular basis so you'll be rested enough to truly concentrate on activities like prayer and reading the Bible - activities through which you can pursue a closer relationship with God.

Discover that God is good.  Even though you live in a fallen world and will experience suffering as a result, God sent Jesus to overcome the sin that causes suffering, and He offers you real hope even the midst of the worst situations.  Jesus says that His Father is good, and He proclaimed that reality even during times when He intensely suffered here on earth.

When you invite Jesus to live in and through you, He will give you the faith you need to go on even while you're suffering.  Jesus will believe for you when you can't believe in your own strength.  If you trust God even when going through pain, God will use it to accomplish good purposes in your life.  You can experience more of God's goodness by spending a few minutes each day in silence and by spending some time regularly outside in God's creation.  Notice how God reveals more of His character to you as you draw closer to Him through silence and time in creation.

Discover that God is trustworthy.  Hurtful experiences - from a dream that didn't come true to the death of a person you love - can make it difficult for you to trust God.  But God can be trusted even when your life doesn't make sense or when something in it is difficult to accept.  The God that Jesus describes is nearby, holy, powerful, caring, forgiving, and protecting.  Even in the midst of fear and doubt during His earthly lifetime (such as while preparing to die on the cross), Jesus chose to trust and obey His heavenly Father.

Like Jesus, sometimes you'll need to go through pain in order for something good to be accomplished, but God will always be with you and give you the mercy and grace to empower you to face any situation.  He will also redeem even the most painful circumstances.  Start counting your blessings by writing them down regularly in an ongoing list.  As you read through your growing list of blessings, thank God for them and praise Him for His work in your life.

Discover that God is generous.  God is not an angry tyrant who is eager to punish you or use fear, guilt, and shame to try to get you to change.  Jesus says that God delights in you so much that He is constantly giving you gifts - from your very life, to everything you enjoy.  Jesus shows you a God who gives rather than demands, who heals rather than wounds, who bestows freedom instead of oppression, and who offers forgiveness rather than condemnation.  Read, recite, and pray through Psalm 23's narrative about God's generosity.  Let the psalm's words soak into your soul and help you see God's generous nature more clearly.

THE STRONGER WE BECOME THE MORE THE TEMPTATION

An interesting thought. The devil sees you as a threat and a target. He has a revelation of you to what you may become and he is going to try every trick and weapon in his trade to take you out. Do not think you are untouchable. Adam was the best of all of mankind besides the King of Glory, Jesus Christ that was without sin. Adam was here first and he could have kicked satan off of this planet with the authority he had from God himself. Lots of times satan just lays in waiting for the right moment. The snake that he is. Snakes in the natural lots of times wait and lay for their prey to attack. This is what the devil will do himself to you if he knows you do not know he is there to take authority over him or you do not guard yourself of his devices by the Blood of Christ, His Name or The Word. We are seated in heavenly places and we must use this authority when it is necessary even when we go higher into God kingdom. When we get promoted in God Kingdom. Satan himself unleashes bigger demons for you to battle. This is just part of Satan's plan to take you out. I had to learn this the hard way until the Holy Ghost told me that this is what was going on when I got higher up into God kingdom in grace. You have weapons to and God has given you the KEYS to defeat and devil no matter how big they are. I just wanted to bring you this revelation that as you move up in God Kingdom, satan will release bigger devil your way to fight and you may not know what is going on until you realize that it is just bigger demons that you are battling. Personal Testimony of Faith

I grew up attending church at the Lee's Summit First Church of the Nazarene. When I was around 6 or 7 years of age, I went forward during an altar call at a revival service being held, and prayed a prayer, and then got baptised a couple of weeks later. Despite my profession of faith, my life as I grew older did not demonstrate any sort of true repentence unto salvation. All through middle school and high school, I did pretty much the same thing all the other kids did: I lied, I gossiped, I made fun of other kids, I cursed, and so forth. I had little to no interest in reading the Bible, and going to church was really more just a chore I did three times a week than anything else.
When I went to college, my new-found freedom only encouraged my own lawlessness. Gradually, I began to grow ever more enamoured with alcohol, starting my sophomore year. I drank constantly, though at a low enough level that I rarely got drunk (but even once is too many times). I also dated women I shouldn't have, most of whom were Roman Catholics. Thanks be to God, though, that I still had enough of what I'd heard growing up in my head that I was able to keep my purity. I also began to smoke my senior year of undergrad, first cigars, and then clove cigarettes, and finally just about any type of cigarette I could get my hands on. I was up to nearly two packs a day before I quit when I got saved. My language was foul, my thoughts continually evil, and my treatment of other people often high-handed and inconsiderate in the extreme.
In addition, when I was a freshman, I met a fellow who belonged to a group known as "Christian Identity". What these folks essentially believe is that white Anglo-Saxon and Germanic people are the "real" Israelites, and that Jews are "usurpers". Christian Identity people HATE Jews and aren't too fond of anyone else who is not a white Northern European descended person. They consider blacks and other races to be "mud-people" who are not descended from Adam, but are really just "beasts" and descended from "inferior, pre-Adamic races". Also, these people are big on hating the "Jew-controlled" government and white separatism. Sort of like the Klan, except more virulent. In other words, these folks are hereticks of the worse sort on a dozen different grounds. Needless to say, as I grew to be closer friends with this guy, he began to proselytise me concerning Christian Identity beliefs, misusing some of the more mysterious Old Testament scriptures out of mysterious books like Isaiah and Ezekiel (so they seemed to my unsaved mind at the time). Unfortunately, much of what I had read and heard began to sink in and caused me to dislike the Jewish people. I praise the LORD that He freed me from that senselessness when He saved me! In my life, it seems the Lord has done a lot to thrust me into situations which run absolutely contrary to what the Christian Identity people tried to teach me. For instance, in graduate school, my research adviser was, of all things, Jewish! One of my best Christian friends in the Lord is a Jewish man whom the Lord saved by His grace. The Lord has led me to many friends, both in and out of the church, who are not white, yet whom I love dearly and seek to win those who are unsaved to the Lord.
I came to North Carolina for graduate school in this state, and by now had pretty much stopped attending church at all. However, October of 1998, I visited Calvary Baptist Church, Dr. Webb's church. I'd never heard preaching like this before! Even in my reprobate state, I was attracted to what I heard and began to attend regularly. This began to have an effect on my personal living, I stopped drinking by December. However, this outward improvement did not mean that my heart was changed.
This change in my life, however, was to come in 1999. Calvary was having a revival service one week, and on the Tuesday night of that week, I had decided that I'd just go ahead and skip the service that night. "It's Tuesday, I'll go tomorrow and it'll be alright", I told myself. That evening, about half an hour before the service, I was in the drive through line at Burger King, when the Holy Spirit really began to lay a heavy burden on my heart about going to the revival service. I tried to ignore it, but the Spirit just kept after me. Finally, I broke down and decided to go. I drove on through without getting my food, went home, got dressed, and went to service. I thank God eternally for His calling on me that night. The revivalist, a brother by the name of Finley Cutshaw, preached a TREMENDOUS sermon on hell, and it really made me start to think about the state of my own soul. The altar call was made, and I surrendered to the Spirit's urging and went forward, and got saved. I knew I was a sinner, that I had never truly repented, and thus, was going straight to a literal, burning, fiery hell if I didn't do something about it right then and there. The night of my salvation, looking back, is the greatest night in my whole life. If not for that night, I would have no hope in the return of my Saviour, Jesus Christ. I'd have no hope in anything at all except an eternity in hell. Thank God, because now I KNOW I am heaven-bound!
I cannot say that my walk with God has been one of rosy, picture-perfect Christian growth. I've had my stumbles along the way. I've backsliden at times. But the Lord has always been there to restore me with his loving, chastising hand. He has set me on a path going ever-upwards, waiting for that day when Jesus comes down to the clouds and calls me home. -

My Life being Christian

Hey my brothers and sisters in christ  ! :) I'm going to tell you how i become a soldier of christ !

Even if you're born as christian because of your parents are Christian it doesnt mean that you are a true Christian . True christian is when you accept Jesus Christ in your life as your savior and you worship Him . John 1:14 - "And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth." Read the bible and if you feel the holy spirit is working at your place / in your heart . Don't be afraid just listen to your heart that wishper by the holy spirit . 


When I was in primary six at st joseph . My background was so simple and i had my mummy and daddy , one big brother and big sister . I was the youngest . I went to the church Sunday's school . I was still young and don't know anything . I dont read the bible , only for a few times . Yes, i am terrible . I dont even know how to pray . When people praying i was playing . And this was the biggest sin .

In year 2008 , I was in Form 1 I began to follow the Youth Services at Canada hill . The Pastors were teaching about God and so on . This is where the Holy Spirit start to working in me . I start to learn how to pray but I still shy to pray in front of people . But then God tell me not to . I ask for forgiveness form God as I have done the biggest sin past few years .

In year 2010 , I think it was on September . I forgot the date . I was reading my bible in my room . But in sudden tears came out from my eyes . This is very weird feeling . I was reading the Mathew chapter . I was so sad and very confused of this feeling . One day i got dream about satan . The satan try to pull me to the wrong direction but I remember what Jesus teach me John 14:6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. 
But an Angel come pull another of my hand . And this is very scared me enough . I tried to wake up but i can't open my eyes . I'm struggling in this dream . As I began to Pray in my heart , keep praying ask for God's help the Angel was praying for me too . The satan began to worried . He take his right hand and close his ear because he don't like to hear the sound of praying . But after couple of hours , the satan let me go and I woke up from the dream . The Angel was not there . But I can felt the existence oh the Angel in my room . I was so happy because I managed to kick out the satan . This all Because of God's help . He is very powerful and mighty .
 In year 2011, I start to lead in the youth services . I start to learn how to pray , how to ask for forgiveness from God and I write about Jesus in my note and share some note . That was just the beginning . Now, some will share this , some will ignore this , and whatever you do it is your decision . Believe in Jesus Christ and you worship him and you'll be save by him until the day is come ! Amen ! Praise the Lord ! Thank you for reading ! God bless !

REACH PEOPLE FOR CHRIST (7 WAYS)

One of the last things Jesus said before he went back to Heaven was for us to make disciples! If you have a passion to reach people who are far from God and bring them into the Kingdom chances are you already know these …

Talk about Jesus ALL OF THE TIME!: People need to know who you worship. After all Jesus 
is not just the “reason for the season” but He is the Reason the Church exists! If all you do is 
talk about Jesus than people have no alternative than to simply do one thing if they interact 
with you and that is interact with the One who sent you. If Jesus is the Main focus of your life – than simply put… He will become the main focus of every conversation.
Constantly USE THE WORD OF GOD: People are hungry for truth, not for politics, not for headlines, not for your opinion… but the TRUTH! Christ says I am the Way the Truth and the Life… and In the Beginning was the Word and the Word Was God… If we are going to be serious about bringing others to a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ – than we need to begin with Scripture .
Irrelevant is Irreverent: Far to often I have been part of a service where I watched people turn off, even some yes go to sleep, Why? Because the Word was presented in a way that was irrelevant to their lives. What good is doing a sermon series on “Making Life last a lifetime” to a group of senior citizens who are widowed… ? The Bible must be taught in a way that is relevant to folks lives – in a way that they can understand… otherwise it is nothing more than spewing content from a soapbox… and let’s face it Having your mouth washed out was never fun.
Be Awesome in All you do: Is there room for error – of course. But keep in mind people are less forgiving than what you take them for. If you are doing things in the name of Christ – than you should be giving it all you got… it should be nothing less than Excellent! This is different than perfection. Far to often in the church we expect the leg to do the arms job, and the ear to do the eyes job… We are all parts of the body and each have a specific job that God has prepared us to do. Prepare to do Excellence and Be Awesome in all you do.

Maybe you've also been separated from your child by death. There are, however, many ways of being separated from our children that, as incredible as it might seem, are perhaps just as painful.  There's the separation of drugs, of alcohol, of cults and gangs, of gambling, of crime, of prison, of rebellion, of a multitude of perversions, of promiscuity, of indifference, of illness, of war.  Who can tell which one tears a parent's heart more?
Please ever keep in mind, that while He will not always calm the storm around us, our Saviour, Jesus Christ will ALWAYS calm the storm within us if we draw to His side.

How to Change Yourself: A Bible Pattern for Self-Help and Self-Improvement

Becoming a Christian requires change. We must remove old habits and develop new ones. This study considers Bible principles to help us improve ourselves: faith, love, repentance, Bible study, prayer, avoiding temptation, and patience. God's word is the best source of guidance for self-help and motivation for self-improvement.

Introduction:

Have you ever had difficulty trying to change a habit? Human beings are creatures of habit. We tend to continue acting as we have acted in the past. Like a river flowing through a canyon, the longer a habit continues, the more deeply it becomes ingrained, and the harder it is to change. This is true of all habits, good or bad.

Ephesians 4:22-24 shows that major changes must occur when we are converted to serve God. Old practices and attitudes must be replaced by new ones. Christians must learn good habits like Bible study, prayer, love, faith, patience, attending church meetings, giving, teaching others, etc. We must also eliminate bad habits like foul language, uncontrolled temper, gambling, drugs, smoking, drinking, gossip, lying, pornography, sexual promiscuity, etc.

Knowing what changes to make is not enough. We also need to know how to make them. Change does not come easily. Since the Scriptures provide us to all good works (2 Timothy 3:16,17), they give all the guidance we need. God's word is the best source of guidance for self-help and motivation for self-improvement.

Let us study 12 specific, practical steps the Bible gives to show us how to change and improve our selves to become what God wants.

Hey there, this morning i'm so damn LAZY cause there's school today . geezz and it's EXAM ! what the hell ? morning : wake up at 5:40 am . LOL ! then after 20 minutes at last my rescuer were coming ! and it was like THANKS LORD ! hahah after i get into the room , my head we hit by the ballon .. wth ? that girl i was chasing her until the entire room .. muahhaha ! lost weight ! ahha keeping my stuff on the sofa and wait for the others to come :D happy day ! after few minute another of my friend come :D straight away went play the PS2 .. hahah FUN ! ! haih .. i will be continue it  .. its a longggg veryy longg story of last nite !! ahahh
